Responsible Gaming

We ensure adherence to international responsible gambling principles that requires gambling operators, software suppliers and associated service providers to provide players not only with warnings and links to resources that can help with problem gambling, but also practical tools to control their gaming experience. We also advocate for effective responsible gaming programs and services aimed at minimizing incidences of problem gambling.

The Association is in the process of developing a Pan-African responsible gaming code of conduct that will protect consumers and ensure that the remote gambling operators, software suppliers, and associated service providers behave responsibly.
